We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

HR Executive

to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in HR operations and are ready to take on a key role in managing and enhancing HR functions within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations:

Address and resolve employee concerns fostering a positive and productive work environment.Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.Performance Management:

Support the performance review process including goal setting feedback and performance improvement plans.HR Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws and update HR policies as needed.Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.HR Reporting:

Generate and analyze HR reports providing insights on workforce trends and HR metrics.Employee Engagement:

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.HR Administration:

Maintain employee records manage HR documentation and handle HRrelated queries.Collaboration:
