Job Description:

- 3 to 6 years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments.- Hands on experience on multiple firewalls like Palo Alto, FortiGate, Juniper, Cisco WSA & Check point- F5 load balancer- Proxy any 1 Zscaler/ NetScaler- Hands on experience in VPN like (S2S IPSec, SSL VPN, Pulse Secure or Forti Client.- Knowledge in ITIL framework which includes Incident, Change, Problem management.- Work on Incidents Day to Day basis to fulfil the customer requirements.- Coordination with vendors for escalation Preparing & validation of Root Cause Analysis- Configure and troubleshooting of firewall related issues Assigning severity to the Incidents logged based on the definition.- Able to monitor the health of network and traffic flow capture using monitoring tools.- Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve firewall-related issues and connectivity problems.- Perform regular firewall software upgrades and patch management to maintain system stability and security.- CCNA / CCNP/ NSE4 / PCNSE certification will be added advantage.
