Job Summary:
Endosys Automation is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads, enhance brand awareness, and support sales growth in the industrial automation and control panel sector.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.).
  • Manage SEO/SEM activities to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, product brochures).
  • Handle social media platforms and increase brand engagement with industrial audiences.
  • Optimize company website for lead generation and product showcasing.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Manage and update online listings on IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and similar B2B platforms.
  • Monitor competitors online activities and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2yr to 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B / industrial / manufacturing sector).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
