You will collaborate with other team leads across the business to stay abreast of current candidate flow issues that relate to sourcing. At times you will responsible for delegating tasks while also being ready to lend a helping hand when needed. So, all those great leadership qualities you have will be of huge benefit here. If you are skilled at maintaining the balance of a team and contributing to our customer’s best interests, we want to hear from youWhat does a day in the life of a Pontoon Lead Sourcer look like?Supervising two or more Sourcers, directing their efforts to identify and attract top tier candidates, as well as ensuring they are trained, coached, and developed Creating, updating, improving, and overseeing adherence to standard operating procedures Utilizing data and metrics to evaluate current initiatives, strategies, pipelines, tools, technologies, job boards, etc. and identifying, recommending, and developing best practices and solutions Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact for escalations Each role will require its own sourcing strategy, so it’s up to you to drive creativity with marketing content, including postings, email campaigns, and flyers At Pontoon we are customer obsessed.
