Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a

Bilingual (Japanese) SAP Functional Consultant

with expertise in SAP modules and fluent proficiency in Japanese and English. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful SAP implementations, with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations in any SAP module. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure SAP systems accordingly, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP implementations.Configure SAP systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Conduct testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the SAP system.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of SAP systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Japanese-speaking clients and team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Fluency in

Japanese

(

JLPT N3

and above) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languagesJLPT

Certification

is Must (

JLPT N3

and above)2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects, with expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g.,

SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, SAP BW/BI, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, etc.).Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration across modules.Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and testing methodologies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.SAP certification(s) is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and creativity.
