Role Overview

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you won't just "fill roles" – you'll build teams that power the future. From sourcing AI-savvy developers and product thinkers to onboarding GTM hustlers, your job is to find ambitious people who match our pace and vision. You'll own the end-to-end hiring funnel and help define what 'great' looks like at FYORA.

Responsibilities

Source & Screen top talent across tech (AI/ML, full-stack, infra), product, design, growth, and sales.

Build Pipelines via LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, and unconventional channels.

Own the entire hiring funnel – from JD creation, outreach, interview scheduling to final offer.

Set up lean, scalable ATS processes, automation, and scorecards.

Collaborate closely with founders & hiring managers on team structure, compensation, and closing strategy.

Represent FYORA's vision, speed, and culture in every interaction.

Assist with contractor/freelancer hiring for specialized AI use cases.

What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in startup or fast-paced tech hiring

Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, or product-based teams

Hands-on with sourcing tools, Boolean search, ATS tools (e.g., Recruitee, Notion, etc.)

You're obsessed with quality and can tell "10x" talent from a crowd

Excellent communication & people judgment skills

Bonus: experience hiring for remote roles, freelancers, or AI-native teams
