- End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

- Complete Employee Lifecycle Management.

- Attendance and Payroll Handling.

- Regular Store Visits for HR Compliance.

- Grievance Handling and Resolution.

- Implementation of Escalation Matrix and Employee Engagement Initiatives.
