Job Responsibilities

-Assist Rolling Manafer to manage and control the Cold Mill, Annealing furnaces & Coil Cooling Chembur & Roll Grinding operations to produce Aluminium Flat Rolled Products with required Quality and Quantity under safe operations meeting the Customer needs with Optimum Cost and in accordance to the Manufacturing framework of the JUPALCO.

-To manage the QCDIP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Innovation, Productivity).

-To Ensure All the safety precautions are adhered at All stages of Operations Ensure all SOPs are followed

-To take measures to Contain Cost of Operations (Consumables, Power) within Budget by Production Volume More than Or equal to Monthly Plan given by PPC and to see OTIF > 90 %

• To drive culture to Reduce production Downtimes & Improve Set Up times Like Roll change & Sample Inspections & Turn Around Time ( TAT)

• To achieve TAT Target At Rolling mill , Annealing Furnace , Roll Grinder. Reduce Breakdown By Co Ordination With Engineering Department
