Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' needs. This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Long-term Commitment: Commit to working with IgniteAndRise for at least 90 days, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization, with an emphasis on sales roles. Identify and attract top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for both fresher and experienced positions.
Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to final placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide feedback to the hiring team.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Utilize various sourcing channels and platforms to reach potential candidates, even if job portals are not available initially.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Process Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and build a cohesive team.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

What We Offer:

90-day probation period with performance-based salary.
During the probation period, we will compensate you as follows:
₹15,000 for each fresher candidate
₹30,000 for each experienced candidate
Competitive post-probation salary with a potential increase of 20% to 40%.
Compensation within 45 to 60 days after a candidate you referred has successfully joined our organization.

Important Note
We are pleased to announce that we are currently hiring for a 3-month contract position at IgniteAndRise. Please note that a refundable security deposit of ₹999, which will be refunded 90 days after joining, is required as per the employment agreement.
