The Job
You will be responsible for:
Manage inbound / Outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information.
Understand every request and provide a solution to them.
Follow our company's communication scripts & email templates.
The Profile
Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.
Must possess excellent communication skill with neutral accent.
Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
Must have KPO or Call experience for USA / UK and AUS based Company
