AWS Architect/Team Lead

Responsibilities :

- Designing secure and scalable systems using AWS services and OpenSource

- Integrations between different systems/applications and GIS/GeoAI platforms

- Analysis of business requirements and selection of appropriate solutions for the AWS platform

- Solving design and technical problems

- Communication with the customer (with both Business and IT)

- Supporting Pre-Sales team in meetings with customer and offer technical input.

Requirements :

- 5 or more years of experience designing and implementing AWS based solutions and services, e.g. EC2 instances, S3

storage, Lambda, Route 53, and CloudWatch Step functions, SQS, SNS, etc.

- 5 or more years of experience designing, developing, and implementing software applications

- 5 or more years of experience translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs

- 5 or more years of experience directing the development process from conception to completion and overseeing the efforts of all associated technical staff

- 5 or more years of experience managing and supporting PostgreSQL databases

- In depth knowledge of and experience in Node.js

- Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint

- Develop architecture plan including required AWS services and cost estimation

- Oversee build of the environment and validate the environment to meets all security and compliance controls

- Develop DevOps pipeline plan

- Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with the organization

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

- Certification on AWS architecture desirable


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Facilitate conversation with various teams during every phase of project implementation

- Ensure project design and implementation following already defined guidelines by the organization
