Position Title : Cloud Operations Lead - Pan : Pan India (Multiple Locations)


Position Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Operations Lead to oversee and manage our cloud operations across Pan India locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cloud operations professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cloud infrastructure, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of cloud operations engineers and administrators across Pan India locations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cloud infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for cloud operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud infrastructure requirements based on business needs and objectives.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline operational processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor and analyze cloud performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage vendor relationships and partnerships related to cloud services, ensuring service levels are met and issues are promptly addressed.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to cloud operations, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and company policies related to cloud operations.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance principles in cloud environments.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are preferred.
