Job Description :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and security.
  • Scale resources as needed to accommodate changing demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service level agreements (SLAs)and ensure adherence.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor cloud spending and implement cost control measures.
  • Optimize resource utilization to reduce operational expenses.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices for cloud environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for cloud services.
  • Conduct regular backup and recovery tests.
  • Build and lead a team of cloud professionals.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud configurations and procedures.
  • Generate regular reports on cloud performance, costs, and security.
  • Evaluate operating system, network and software / applications patches periodically.
  • Build and execute deployment strategies for hotfixes and patches updates.

Education & Skills :

  • UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers / IT, B.Sc - IT, BCA OR PG- MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Computers
  • 8 to 10 years with proven experience in cloud architecture and management.
  • Industry certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate
  • Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment models (public, private, hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
