Job Title: Manager – Sales & Marketing
Location: Sector-2, Noida, UP
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager - Sales with a proven track record in driving sales for Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (MV VFD) and Low Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (LV VFD). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of power electronics fundamentals, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and excellent knowledge of INCOTERMS.
**Key Responsibilities:**
sales growth for MV VFD and LV VFD product lines.
and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
and pursue new business opportunities including channel business development, new markets and customer segments.
with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met and products are aligned with market demands.
technical expertise and support to customers, helping them understand the benefits and applications of MV VFD and LV VFD products.
and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with INCOTERMS.
market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
**Qualifications:**
degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
More than 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 7-9 years specifically in MV VFD and LV VFD sales.
knowledge of power electronics fundamentals.
ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
understanding of INCOTERMS and their application in sales contracts.
negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
to travel as required.
