  • Client Relations : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring requirements, provide expert market insights, and deliver high-quality candidates that align with their organizational culture and technical needs.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization : Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis : Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and salary benchmarks within the Canadian IT sector to offer informed advice to clients and candidates.
  • Reporting and Analytics : Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to drive data-driven decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on the Canadian market. At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a recruitment team.
  • Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the Canadian IT industry, including key technologies, market trends, and employment regulations.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of recruiters, with experience in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
