Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team and play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of IT recruitment, and the ability to identify and engage top candidates in the industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions within the IT department.2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract qualified candidates.3. Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the technical requirements and cultural fit for DevoTrend IT.4. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and alignment with company values.5. Coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges for IT candidates as needed.6. Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.7. Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates on their status in the recruitment process.8. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.9. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.10. Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to optimize the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in IT recruitment.3. In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical professionals.6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.8. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of recruitment and candidate evaluation.9. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.10. IT certifications or technical background (preferred but not required).
