Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, assign, and oversee editorial projects from concept to publication.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, style consistency, and brand voice.
  • Supervise a team of writers, editors, and content creators, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and marketing teams to develop engaging and impactful content strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging media tools.
  • Uphold ethical standards and editorial guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in editing, content creation, or publishing, with at least 2 years in a senior/editorial leadership role.
  • Exceptional command of language, grammar, and storytelling techniques.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to balance creativity and accuracy.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in editorial tools, content management systems, and digital publishing platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
