Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Gurgaon. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media accounts, creating engaging content, planning media strategies, and ensuring the execution of social media campaigns. Other responsibilities include analyzing social media metrics to improve overall performance and engaging with the audience to build strong brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Understand client needs, objectives, and preferences to effectively communicate these to the

internal teams.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to develop, execute, and optimize

advertising campaigns that align with client goals.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to clients on a regular

basis.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvements and recommend adjustments

as needed.

3. Project Coordination:

  • Ensure all campaign components are executed on time and meet quality standards.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns, including

creative assets, media placements, and reporting.

4. Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and

emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks

● Experience in advertising

● Familiarity with industry trends and best practices

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

● Experience managing client accounts and budgets is preferred

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office/GoogleWorkspace and project management software
