- Develop and Implement strategies to enhance the TBO+ Loyalty Program, driving customer engagement & retention.

- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to recommend and implement product enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-function teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of the customer on TBO Holidays platform.

- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the TBO+ Loyalty program and drive membership growth & platform engagement.

- Monitor and assess program performance through key performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) and optimize strategies accordingly.

- Provide training, support, and communication to internal teams on the TBO+ Loyalty program features and benefits.

- Collaborate with vendors/Partners to explore wide redemption assortments, co-branded opportunities and maximize program reach.

- Stay updated on Industry trends and competitive programs to ensure TBO+ remains a market leader.


Qualifications:


- MBA degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Proven experience in managing loyalty programs, preferably in travel & hospitality industry.

- Advance excel skills & strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns.

- Familiarity with loyalty program technology and platforms - Result driven and customer centric approach
