Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Internal Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding account management operations. Facilitate communication and collaboration between Account Managers, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments as needed.
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication of client needs and expectations to internal teams.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and account information in the CRM system. Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve internal issues related to client accounts promptly and effectively. Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the Account Management department. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) where applicable.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of new Account Management team members on internal processes, systems, and client management practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth. Provide regular updates to management on departmental performance.
  • Must Haves: Hands-on experience in Excel and Google Sheets. Proficient with Lookups, Pivots and Reporting


Candidate Requirements:

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless support to the Account Management department by coordinating with the Operations team with day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Account Managers, Sales Teams, and various internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations and exceptional client service delivery.
