Sales Strategy Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets for assigned territory or product line. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer complaints. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, including their features, benefits, and applications. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations. Reporting and Documentation: Preparing and submitting sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators. Skills and Qualifications: Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade and influence healthcare professionals to purchase products. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and build rapport. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry practices, and the specific products being sold.
