Role Description
This is an India-focused sales and business development role. In this role you are required to reach out to potential clients to pitch them the value-adds of Nexxio's SaaS platform. A consultative approach to understanding client's business operations and related challenges, and then pitching the suitability of our SaaS platform to their business is expected.
For this role we are looking for candidates with 1 to 2 years of prior experience in b2b sales and business development. Typical on job activities include, but not limited to, are following:
Develop sales pitch pipeline by researching and identifying potential clients
Make a consultative pitch to clients about solution features, benefits and fitment for their business
Deliver product demonstrations focused on key client business value-adds
For interested clients, follow-up with commercial proposal and drive sales closures
Diligently deliver and report sales activities and pipeline
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer success, sales) to share and develop better understanding of product, customer value-adds/pain points, sales best practices
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships
Required Qualifications & Skills
1 to 2 years of prior experience in b2b software sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in sales pitch and presentations
Ability to engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Hands-on with Google Sheets, Document and Powerpoint
Experience with using sales CRM and other sales reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in software sales in the consumer goods industry and familiarity with SaaS sales are preferred.
