(MBA Preferred)Key Role Responsibilities :HR Policies and Processes managementDevelop, update, optimize, and ensure implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company guidelinesEnsure HR policies align with regulatory standards and compliance requirementsDevelop and implement employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employeesProvide inputs and manage the Operations budget effectivelyEnsure compliance with Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) regulationsCompensation and Benefits managementManage payroll operations in accordance with country laws and regulations, ensuring accuracy and timelinessOversee benefits administration, including benchmarking benefitsComplete the performance management system (PMS) yearly cycle, ensuring relevant data is collected for compensation and grade revisionsBenchmark and align compensation, grades, bands, and incentives structure to stay competitiveDrive and manage recognition and rewards (R&R) programs, ensuring timely rollout and employee engagementHR Data managementOversee HR data management, reporting, and analytics to drive informed decision-makingManage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulationsProvide timely and accurate employee data to concerned stakeholders as neededEmployee events and community engagementHandle corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, fostering community engagementOrganize fun and special events such as important occasions, festivals, and town halls to promote employee morale and engagementManage and deliver on special HR projects to support organizational objectivesStakeholder collaborationCollaborate with department heads and senior leadership to ensure buy-in and support for HR Policy initiativesDevelop and manage relationships with consultants, service providers, vendors and partners for HR operations management and special projectsTeam LeadershipLead, manage and build a high performing recruitment teamProvide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skillsKnowledge, Skills, Experience Required :15+ yrs. Proven experience in HR operations, with a track record of success in developing and managing HR policies, processes and initiatives.Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organizationProficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
