Job Description: We are looking for a talented Content Creator to produce engaging and high-quality content that promotes our AI recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating diverse content forms, and managing our social media presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with our marketing and business goals.
  • Create compelling and original content for various platforms including blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Promote our AI recruitment solutions through engaging and informative content.
  • Manage social media accounts and grow our online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in content creation and social media marketing.
  • Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and social media interactions.
  • Produce multimedia content including videos, graphics, and podcasts.
  • Monitor and report on content performance metrics.


Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of AI and technology trends, particularly in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.


Experience Level:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts with a following of over 5,000 followers.


Skills:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to create engaging and original content across various formats.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
