Overview

We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Developer who can blend creative design expertise with front-end development skills to deliver exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, guiding the UI/UX vision, mentoring team members, and ensuring that our digital platformsspanning websites, web apps, and e-commerce—are both user-centric and optimized for performance and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX strategy for web and mobile applications.
  • Mentor and guide the design and development team to achieve design consistency and technical excellence.
  • Design, prototype, and deliver engaging web and application interfaces aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain CMS-based websites (WordPress, Shopify), ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
  • Oversee front-end development efforts using Angular or React.
  • Apply responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools and automation to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to ensure SEO-conscious design and strong user engagement.
  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance tools (Lighthouse, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights) to optimize design and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development (leadership experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design excellence and SEO-friendly projects.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.
  • Hands-on coding experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, plus proficiency in Angular or React.
  • Expertise in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
  • Experience with AI-powered design tools and automated workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they influence design.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics & Search Console for design and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
