Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Science Manager / Principal Data Scientist / Lead Data Scientist to lead our data science team and drive our data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, and big data technologies, and will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that align with our business objectives.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Model Development: Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data used for analysis and modelling.
  • Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply them to improve existing processes and models.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple data science projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BE/ B.Tech in computer science or equivalent filed.
  • Experience: 10+years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading and managing data science teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Experience with big data technologies and tools like Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
