Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mechanical Trainer with hands-on experience in mechanical design and engineering software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students and professionals in mechanical design tools, while ensuring strong conceptual understanding and industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and practical training sessions in the following software:

  • SolidWorks

  • Solid Edge

  • ANSYS

  • Develop course materials, lesson plans, and hands-on projects tailored to different learner levels.

  • Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and track student progress.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and software updates to ensure relevant content delivery.
  • Assist in curriculum development and upgradation of training modules.
  • Support student queries, both technical and career-related.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in at least 2 of the following tools is mandatory:
    SolidWorks, Solid Edge, & Ansys.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
  • Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
