What You’ll Do
- Architect and scale backend systems powering our AI-driven finance platform
- Build APIs and services using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
- Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems
- Deliver features from 0 → 1 in collaboration with the founders
- Ensure performance, scalability, and audit compliance
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years backend software engineering experience
- Strong builder/founder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask)
- Top-tier university background (IITs preferred)
- Clear motivation for a high-impact role
Nice-to-have: Experience in fintech, ERP/accounting systems, or AI infra
