Role Overview: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in managing the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This position requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex tasks with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Draft and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing special projects, conducting research, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including expense reporting, file management, and other tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, digital agencies, etc.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
