ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time remote role for a Soft Skills Trainer at PROTOCOL. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for the WEEKDAY EVENING batch (IN-PERSON) for training topics which would include aspects of Personality Development and Communication Skills . Timings of the sessions would be from 6pm to 8pm Monday to Friday.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Effective Communication skills
  • Training & Development and Soft Skills Modules.
  • Experience in delivering Behavioural Skills training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
  • Certification in Soft Skills Training or related field
  • Experience in corporate training environments is a plus
