Job Title: Python Developer - AI & ML

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable Python code.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models using Python libraries such as Pandas, scikit-learn, Langchain, llamaindex, Pytorch & Tensorflow
  • Design and implement Statistical & machine learning algorithms to address specific business challenges.
  • Develop and implement evaluation metrics and methodologies to assess algorithm performance.
  • Develop and implement evaluation metrics and methodologies to assess the effectiveness of prompts in achieving desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with Open AI and Gen AI APIs to integrate their capabilities into our AI solutions.
  • Analyze user interactions and feedback to iteratively enhance GenAI products and optimisation.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability by following best practices and code review processes.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 4 years as a Python Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming and proficiency in relevant libraries like Pandas, scikit-learn, Langchain, llamaindex, Pytorch & Tensorflow
  • Expertise in working with Fast API/Rest API
  • Familiarity with OOPs concepts
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM libraries
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadline
