JobOverview You willhelp solve analytical problems across the organization and proposeproduct and credit policy changes to improve company profitability.Specifically you will monitor the MSME Loans portfolio create auser valuation model and propose new product and pricingstrategies.
Responsibilities
  • Ownthe Credit policy for MSME Loans inIndia Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design andimplement credit policies and underwriting guidelines tailored tothe needs of MSME borrowers.
  • Monitor theperformance of the MSME loans portfolio and identify trendsanomalies and emerging risks
  • Ensure compliancewith KYC norms regulatory requirementsand internal risk management standards
  • Monitorand update credit policy to optimize for company risk profitabilityand growth targets
  • Propose datadriven productchanges to improve customer experience and company profitability.Partner with product and engineering teams to implement yoursolution into production
  • Lead weekly creditcommittee meeting to share performance updates andanalyses
  • Conduct adhoc analysis to identifyunderlying explanations for changes in portfolio performancedevelop datadriven solutions and evaluate expected portfolioimpacts
  • Collaborate with data science productand engineering to propose hypothesis testing to improve risk andprofitability
  • Develop statistical models toassist in pricing and user segmentation for capital marketstransactions and financial dataanalysis
  • Support the marketing and product teamwith their dataneeds

Qualifications
  • Fluencyin SQL and R/Python
  • Previous experience inanalytics and/or quantitative modeling using large datasets
  • Experience analyzing visualizing andcommunicating impactful insights to management investors and / orauditors
  • Strong strategic thinking andproblemsolving skills
  • 5 years relevantexperience in Credit Analytics with atleast 2 years experience inCredit Analytics for MSME Loans inIndia
  • Enthusiasm for working across culturesfunctions and timezones
