As our first HR hire, you'll wear multiple hats and have direct impact on our company's growth. You'll build our HR function from scratch, implementing the processes that will scale with us while maintaining the agility of a startup.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute our full-cycle recruitment strategy, from sourcing to onboardingDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our startup cultureCreate our compensation strategy and benefits frameworkBuild our performance management and career development programsFoster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talentPartner with leadership to plan for organizational growth and development

What We're Looking For

3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environmentStrong understanding of HR fundamentals and best practicesExperience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisitionOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsProactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguityExperience with HRIS systems and HR tech stack implementation is a plus
