Data Migration and Integration:
Migrate and integrate data from various platforms into Salesforce.
Prepare data migration plans and handle kickouts/fallouts efficiently.
Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
Design and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into Salesforce.
Utilize Salesforce Data Loader and other ETL tools for efficient data migration.
Establish data validation rules and perform data quality checks before and after migration.
Document data mapping and transformation processes to ensure clarity and compliance.
Must Have:
Database Expertise:
Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL optimization techniques.
Strong ability to create efficient database queries, including complex joins.
Experience in designing, creating, and maintaining databases.
Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database management systems.
Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
Salesforce Knowledge:
Understanding of Salesforce architecture and its objects (such as accounts, contacts, cases, etc.).
Hands-on experience in data migration and integration from different platforms into Salesforce.
Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs for custom integrations.
Good to Have:
Additional Skills:
Experience in Python for data manipulation and integration.
Experience with AWS GLUE or other data integration tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer) are highly desirable.
