Performance Optimization: Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability to meet growing business demands.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Project Management: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of data integration solutions.

Qualifications:

Must to have skills are highlighted
9-12 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on data integration.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Salesforce managed packages, and APIs.
Proficiency in Salesforce data integration tools and methodologies .
Experience with Salesforce data migration and synchronization processes .
Knowledge of SAP data models and integration techniques .
Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP CRM is preferred.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Java or Python.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
