What You’ll Do Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push, and reactivation campaigns. Design and optimize referral, rewards, and loyalty programs to drive engagement. Reduce churn and increase customer LTV through targeted retention initiatives. Segment users and personalize communication using analytics and behavioral data. Collaborate with product and growth teams to align retention strategies with business goals. Track, measure, and report campaign performance; continuously experiment for impact. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing. Proven success in running email and reactivation campaigns at scale. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (Clever Tap, Mo Engage, Braze, Hub Spot, etc.) Strong communication, copywriting, and campaign optimization skills. Good to Have Prior experience at high-scale B2 C/B2 B companies. Familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and A/B testing. Exposure to Saa S, product-led growth, or AI-driven products.
