8 - 10 Year experience in Oil & Gas construction and 3-5 year Pipeline experience is mandatory
Experience in developing, implementing, feeding, reconciling and maintaining valuable project
control databases and reports for projects.
Project planning, scheduling, cost engineering, progress measurement and overall project
controls for all projects.
Overseeing and managing project expenses and preparing for potential financial risks.
This is typically the project manager's responsibility. Cost control involves managing the
budget, as well as planning, and preparing for potential risks.
Overseeing planning development plans and applications.
Advising stakeholders on planning policy and regulations.
Providing counsel and representation at key planning meetings and appeal hearings.
Managing planning compliance.
Monitor and control program compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.
Reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress,
actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
Support the development of requirements for specific resource-loaded schedules
Preparing feasibility studies or development appraisals.
Assessing capital and revenue expenditure over the whole life of a facility.
Advising on the setting of budgets.
Monitoring design development against planned expenditure.
Progress measurement and overall project controls for all projects
Create Project Execution Plans.
Implement Project Monitoring and Reporting for all the Projects.
Perform Project Coordination.
Manage Stakeholder and Team Communication.
Mathematical Skill & Communication Skill
Preparation of time extension claim.
Preparation of project acceleration cost claim.
Prepare Delay Analysis Report using PERT method
