Job Description :


We are seeking a skilled Sr Performance Test Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test plans to ensure the efficiency and scalability of software applications. The role will primarily focus on performance testing using JMeter and may involve automating test processes using Java and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, execute, and maintain performance test plans and scripts using JMeter

- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks in the application

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance

- Monitor and track system performance metrics to ensure smooth operation under load

- Write and execute automated scripts for performance testing (Java and Selenium experience desired)

- Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on test outcomes

- Continuously enhance the performance testing process by adopting best practices and tools.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in performance testing (JMeter preferred)

- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools

- Experience with Java and Selenium automation is highly desired

- Familiarity with system monitoring and profiling tools

- Ability to analyze test results and work closely with development teams for performance improvements

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
