Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a team of 8+ sales professionals across Bangalore and Hyderabad to achieve sales goals.
Team Development : Hire, train, and mentor your team for continuous growth and success.
Sales Strategy : Work with senior management to implement effective strategies to drive revenue.
Client Relationships : Build lasting partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Optimize Processes : Conduct regular audits and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Training & Workshops : Organize regular sessions to enhance team skills and collaboration.
Requirements:
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in sales leadership roles.
Language Skills : Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, English, and Hindi.
Leadership : Proven ability to manage and motivate teams under pressure.
Multi-Location Management : Comfortable overseeing operations in multiple cities.
Resource Management : Skilled in optimizing resources to meet business goals.
Customer Focus : Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
Problem-Solving : Analytical and quick decision-making abilities.
Perks And Benefits:
Salary: ₹35,000 per month.
Performance Hike : Up to 25% hike after the 3-month probation period based on performance.
Travel Allowance : Provided for company-related travel.
Note : Accommodation/allowance not provided during the probation period.
Availability to Join: Must be ready to start within 30 days.
