Position Overview:
SMC Squared is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Global Capability Centre(GCC) in India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP Business Suite and Fusion, bringing extensive experience in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. As the GCC Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the GCC's operations, ensuring alignment with the company's global objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the GCC, aligning with global business goals.
- ERP Management: Manage and optimize the ERP Business Suite, with a strong emphasis on Oracle ERP.
- Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the GCC.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
- Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with 10+ years in ERP management, with a focus on Oracle ERP EBusiness Suite & Fusion.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale operations within a Global Capability Centre or similar environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to drive organizational change and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budget management and financial acumen.
