About the role
The swiftly growing Hyper automation practice at Exato has laser sharp focus around RPA, SAP Automation, Intelligent Document Processing and Workflow Automation. We are services partners to top 2 Gartner listed RPA platform providers. To augment our practice, we are looking for a mature and experienced automation enthusiast with past experience as a RPA Developer / Lead or Architect with optional exposure / experience in presales
What you will do (JD)
You will design, develop and deploy Bots in line with customer requirements
You will design and build POC scenarios based on customer requirements
You shall assist with identification, qualification and solution documents preparation for automation use cases and candidate business processes
You are expected to assist with effort estimation for selected use cases automation
You will maintain a referenceable repository of demos, POC, RPA project docs
You are expected to understand and translate the business needs into system configuration and workflow validations.
You will be working closely with SMEs to understand the Application Architecture and workflow (Upstream and Downstream).
What you need to have (Required Skills & Competencies)
Skills & Competencies:
The candidate should have exemplary hands-on skills on UiPath (latest version). Hands-on skills on NICE APA 7.x is a strong additional attribute
Strong programming skills in Python and Java Script (both mandatory) with optional skills in Java or C#
Experience in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
Should have working experience on at least one of the cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Knowledge of workflow design, process mapping, and process optimization
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Should have automation first approach / mindset. Understand the existing applications space at client site and identify opportunities to build / automate workflows.
Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscapes and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
Hands on with Agile methodologies.

Professional and Educational Qualifications:
Holds Advanced Developer or Equivalent Certifications on the latest version from UiPath and NICE APA 7.x
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field
Ideally 7+ years with last 4+ years as a hands-on RPA developer / Lead or Architect
Exposure to Presales would be a differentiator
