Job Description: -Plan and manage company's overall sourcing strategyDo often research to understand company's operations needs and requirementsBuild relationships with Channel PartnersNegotiate pricing and control costsDevelop a yearly budget depending on sourcing needsGood understanding about Real Estate and ProductsSourcing, Acquiring new Channel Partners and Generating BusinessCoordination between clients and channel partnersResponsible for revenue generationCoordination with Sales Team in Pune
Requirements and Qualifications: -Previous working experience as a Sourcing Manager or in to Sales for 10 to 15 yearsHands on experience in sourcing.Outstanding negotiation abilitiesGood time-management skillsGreat communication, interpersonal and networking skillsAny Graduate or Post GraduateShould be aware about Pune Market
