We are looking for an Executive/TechnicalAssistant to support MD in his operational & functionalwork with 1yrs ofexperience.
Weprefer freshers also with Engineering qualification specificallyfrom B.Tech/B.E (Automobile Mechanical Production Aviationetc)
Prepare Management reports on monthly basisKeep track of business trend visualization &tracking. Keep track of MD s calendar andappointments Keep track of importantactivities and follow up assigned by MD.Schedule weekly meetings for Sales Design QC Service &Production review and keep trackofactivities.Coordination with companys entities for all administrativetopics. Take care of email communicationsfor MD. Take care of general mailbox andcirculate the emails to appropriate people.Prepare and keep updated the company presentations as and whenrequired. Take care of paper flow receivedfor approval of MD. Support in activitiesrelated to marketing seminars exhibitions webinarsetc.. Support in 5S implementation in officearea Support management in creating theworkplace Great Place toWork.
