Job Title: Senior application engineer

Experience:8-9 Years

NoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 days

Location:Bangalore

JD:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Provide architecture support to theSAP implementation programs during the design, build and configurations of theSMR SAP application portfolio.

·Analyze SAP Governance, Risk andCompliance across SMR divisions, with emphasis on ITGC (IT Governance andcontrol).

·Ensure compliance of allconfiguration items within SAP landscape with security guidelines.

·Work with internal and externalpartners for implementing best SAP Basis practices.

·Manage SAP transports in line withguidelines of SMR change management practices.

·Schedule and monitor background jobsas per direction from business and Projects.

·Primarily manage and lead thetechnical relationships with the assigned SAP AMS support service provider.

·Performance tuning and monitoring ofthe SAP landscape.

·Periodic review and tests of theDisaster Recovery and High availability set-up.

·Experience working with internal andexternal audit.

Skillrequirements:

·Bachelors’ Degree in Computer ScienceOR Information Technology

·Minimum 5 years of technicalexperience with SAP Basis

·The Application Engineer (SAP) roleis responsible for the design, implementation and support of the SMR SAPapplication portfolio utilising a PPDIOO approach during the projectimplementation phase of the application lifecycle.

·The protolio is centred around twoSAP S/4 HANA and SAP GTS landscapes.

·Supporting components include SAPSolution Manager, SAP SLT, SAP Data Services. SAP MaxDB, SAP Content Server,SAP CPI, SAP BAS, SAP SAC AFO, SAP SAC FP, SAP BTP. SAP PAPM, SAP Ariba, SAPRouter, SAP HANA Cloud Connector, SAP CIG.
