Job Title: Sr Graphic Designer

Shift: Day shift (10.30 AM to 7.30 PM IST) Alternate Saturdays are Working 

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai 

We seek a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer, who can conceptualize designs, illustrate, and deliver creatives for our clients and our internal marketing efforts. The Designer is expected to take part in client meetings/pitches and propose new design strategies to our clients. This role combines artistic expertise with strategic thinking to produce engaging content across digital platforms. 

We are a digital marketing agency on the lookout for a talented and passionate design professional who can ideate compelling designs that resonate with diverse audiences for our predominantly B2B and D2C clients as well as for our internal marketing efforts.  

The Ideal Candidate:   

An ideal candidate is one who can show us why you're not just a designer but a visual storyteller with the ability to manage and inspire a team.  

A passionate design thinker with an educational background in art/illustration/graphic design, with an exceptional track record of having delivered thoughtful designs for digital, social media, ads, and print designs.  

Must be an excellent communicator  

Preferably, a candidate based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office at our Andheri West office.  

Qualifications:  

Above 3 years of experience in the design field having worked as a Senior Graphic Designer/Visualizer with leading brands or agencies (preferably).  

Must have a full-time design degree from a premier design school.  

Graphic design experience from top brands/agencies is mandatory.  

Need to have an impressive design work portfolio.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Visual Strategy & Conceptualization    

  • Lead the development of visual concepts for digital campaigns, including print designs, websites, social media, mobile apps, and multimedia content.   
  • Create storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.   
  • Collaborate with copywriters, UX/UI designers, and developers to integrate visuals with user experience principles. 
  • Deliver creatives suitable for various digital campaigns. 

Design Brand Consistency   

  • Oversee and ensure whether all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines while exploring innovative design trends.   
  • Oversee typography, color schemes, and layout designs for ads, emails, and landing pages. 

Team Collaboration  

  • Coordinate with clients and internal design content, copy, and marketing teams to ideate and align creative output with business objectives. 
  • Mentor and guide the junior team members to optimally use cutting edge design tools, to deliver quality design outputs. 
  • Coordinate with clients and the internal team to deliver the outputs on time. 

Client & Project Management  

  • Lead and present the Creative Strategy during Pitch Presentation to prospective clients for new business  
  • Present new design concepts to clients, followed by incorporating feedback into final designs.   
  • Manage timelines efficiently. 

Technology & Tools  

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premier Pro. Knowledge in prototyping tools like Figma/Sketch.  
  • Experience in video editing and Motion Graphics Designing is a plus. 
  • Good knowledge in Coral draw, Canva. 
  • Familiarity with web development basics (HTML/CSS) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) 
  • Familiarity with content related AI tools to check copy/content hygiene.
