As the pioneer of India's first collection of quirky printed hankies, we're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help us continue breaking boundaries and setting trends in the industry.Experience: 5-7 yearsLocation: 91Springboard BKC Kalina, MumbaiModel: OnsiteDays: Monday- FridayTimings: 9:30am - 7:30pmBudget: 8 LPA - 10 LPA (depending on prior work ex)If you're ready to channel your creativity in a supportive and inspiring environment, we'd love to have you on boardResponsibilities:Understanding the brand's personality, characteristics, and tone of voice, and using this understanding to develop brand creatives that resonate with our audience.Managing day-to-day design tasks by collaborating and brainstorming with cross-functional teams to execute a wide range of deliverables for online, offline, packaging, and more.Create captivating motion graphics and animations that enhance the visual appeal of our projects, including promotional videos, presentations and digital marketing campaigns.Translating strategic directions into high-quality designs that align with our established brand identity.Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to develop visually stunning assets and collateral.Gaining a deep understanding of our target consumers and crafting creatives that not only fit the brand but also address consumer needs to drive higher conversions.Designing and uploading process for all project materials, following an established workflow system.Injecting fresh and innovative perspectives into your designs by utilizing trend intelligence and your knowledge of the brand and market dynamics.Design all promotional/branding material requirements like tiny promo stickers, listing images, MRP stickers etc.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.5-7 years of hands-on experience in graphic design for digital, social, and below-the-line (BTL) marketing.Ability to thrive under pressure with tight timelines and quick turnarounds.Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen understanding of our competitors' communication strategies and an ability to stay updated on new trends.Expertise in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or equivalents, enabling the creation of static graphics, GIFs, videos, and more.Proficiency in Corel Draw is a bonus.What We Offer:Exposure to exciting projects with opportunities for growth.A warm and supportive work environment where your ideas matter.An opportunity to work with a creative, passionate team in the media industry.
