Product Management at ZET:
As a Senior Product Manager at ZET, you will execute the development of groundbreaking consumer applications designed to revolutionize financial services for billions of users across India. You will be instrumental in building from scratch, scaling exponentially and continuously innovating to ensure market leadership in the fintech landscape.
Responsibilities:
Implement the product roadmap and strategy of the B2C application in alignment with the organization's objectives.
Lead the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle from concept through development and iteration.
Direct and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer support to deliver products that meet user needs and business goals.
Conduct rigorous market research and user feedback analysis to identify customer needs and adjust product strategies accordingly.
Establish, monitor and analyze key performance indicators to gauge product effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Act as the primary product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across all stakeholder groups.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation to maintain competitiveness in the market.
Identify potential risks in product strategies and develop mitigation plans.
Requirements:
Undergraduate / MBA from Tier-I institute is a plus.
2 to 4 years of experience in product management, specifically in building large scale consumer-facing applications.
Proven track record of successfully building and scaling products.
Deep understanding of mobile technologies, web technologies and software development processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes.
Must be dynamic, innovative, passionate and driven to contribute to the financial empowerment of billions of Indians.
Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
