Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Risk teams, Lending platform teams, business teams, and Customer Excellence teams to understand requirements and align product goals.
Product Roadmap and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives. Prioritize features and initiatives based on user needs, market demands, and company strategy.
Usability and Underwriting: Enhance the current product stack to improve underwriting and lending processes, along with ensuring a seamless user experience for agri-traders.
Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices in product management, ensuring high standards are maintained across the team.
Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of product changes.
Customer Focus : Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed in product development.
Qualifications:
6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Experience in fintech, lending, or agri-tech is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Smart, Hungry and Entrepreneurial. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding junior team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
