Job Description :

- Lead and manage ServiceNow development projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow platform components, including forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.

- Implement and maintain ServiceNow Service Management processes, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using web services, APIs, and integration tools.

- Perform system administration tasks in ServiceNow, including user management, role management, access controls, and data governance.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize ServiceNow platform performance and stability.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers and team members.

- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Skills :

- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript), ServiceNow APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.

- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, processes, and best practices.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow development methodologies and best practices, including ServiceNow application design patterns and architecture.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Server.

- Understanding of relational databases and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.

- Experience with ServiceNow administration tasks, such as user management, access controls, and system configuration.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with ServiceNow certifications and industry trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA), are highly desirable.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Senior ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development projects.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.

- Experience working in Agile development methodologies is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks is a plus.

- Experience with other ITSM tools and platforms is desirable.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
