(Onsite)Objectives of this role:- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of talented professionals.- Ensure staffing needs are aligned with long-term growth strategies.- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.- Create smooth, end-to-end hiring processes that provide candidates with a positive experience.- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to set clear expectations and streamline recruitment.️ Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria.- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other professional networks.- Draft compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.- Screen CVs, portfolios, and references to shortlist suitable candidates.- Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.- Maintain detailed recruitment records, interview notes, and reports to share with stakeholders.✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, CV databases, and professional networks.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to document processes and stay updated with industry trends.
